Special design,high efficiency and engergy saving
--In the course of evaporator design and development, the internal struccture is paied with spwciial attention so as to improve the heat conduction efficiency of the inner wall of evaporator and keep the loop unblocked with special technology.
--The internally-scraping ice-making mode has been adopted.Unde this mode,ice blades scrape ice on the inner wall of the evaporator while the evaporator itself doesn't move, it reduces the loss of energy as much as possible, guarantees the supply of cooling agent as well as lowers the probability of cooling agent leakage.
Special material
--In terms of the material for the evaporator, a secial of kind of imported alloy is adopted,Its heat conduction performance is superior and conforme with international standards for refrigeration and pressure containers.
Special processing technology

Water return system
--The water flowing down the inner wall of evapprator flows into the water trough through the water pan at the bottom of evaporator and then into the water tank.The large-area design and structure of water reception pan ensure that no water leaks from leaks from the bootom of ice laker and adoid lumped ice flakes
Flake ice generator for 5,000kg/day fresh water flake ice machine
As shown, ice skate, water sprinkling pan, principle axis and low water pan are driven by decelerator and run slowly counterclockwise. The water flows into the water distributive pan from the water inlet of evaporator, and then sprinkles over on the ice freezing surface evenly through water sprinkler, becoming a water film. The water film has a heat exchange with the refrigerant in the refrigerant runner and its temperature quickly decreases till forming of a layer of thin ice on ice freezing surface. Under the extrusion of ice skate, the thin ice layer turns into ice flake and then falls into ice storage bin from the ice outlet. The partial unfrozen water then returns to the cold water tank through water receiving plate from water return outlet.

Q1: What is the delivery time?
A1:
1).The ice making machine type. Our main product line includes Flake Ice Machine, Tube Ice Machine, and Block Ice Machine. The manufacturing is totally different. So the time and effort spent on these machines varies. Normally the flake ice machine is fastest under the same ice daily capacity
2). Different Ice Daily Capacity: we have 1T, 2T, 5T, 10T, 20T, 25T, 30T, 40T, 50T ice making machines. For small capacity ice making machines(like1-5 tons), it needs about 10-15 working days. For larger capacity ice machines, it needs around 20-30 working days).
Q2. What is the payment terms and trade terms?
A2: Normally, we accept T/T, 30% Deposit and 70% balance paid before delivery.

Q3: Do I need to install the ice machine by myself?
For small ice machine, we ship it as a whole unit. So you just need to prepare power and water to run the machine.
For some larger ice machine plant, we need to keep some components separate for shipping convenience. But no worries about that. An installation brochure will be sent to you, it's very to install the machine.
Q4: For Water Cooled and Air cooled Machine, Which one is better?
A4: It depends. If the electricity is more abundant and cheaper than water, air cooled one is recommended. Likewise, you can choose the water cooled one according to the situation.
